How does KeepSnap work?

We are sure that often while you were having a walk or hanging out somewhere with your friends, you wanted someone to take one or two beautiful and high-quality photos of you on the go.

KeepSnap makes is real. Just keep on having a good time and one of KeepSnap photographers will find you and take pictures of you. You will be given a business card with the address of the photographer's gallery on KeepSnap. After that you will only need to enter the address or scan the QR code located on the business card and find your photos uploaded to the gallery.

Choose the date and approximate time when the photos were taken, find your pictures, pick out the ones you like the most, and add them to your cart. Then simply choose the photo size in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Specify your working email address and make your order. It's that easy!

Once your order has been paid and processed, you will be emailed the photo download link and login data that you will need to use to enter your member's area.

How long does it take a photographer to upload photos to KeepSnap?

Actually, it all depends on the photographer. Some people don't like taking too much time and upload the photos the same day, but others may want to edit your photos more thoroughly and upload them in a day or two.

It'd be a great idea to ask the photographer themselves about when they are going to upload the photos to KeepSnap.

How can I pay my order?

You can purchase your photos using your PayPal or credit card.

How much time do I have to make a purchase?

All new photos are stored in the photographer's gallery for 14 days. After that they will be deleted and will become unavailable for review and purchase.

How can I sign up with KeepSnap?

The only thing you need to do to purchase your photos at KeepSnap is to specify your email address while making your order. We will do the rest.

Once your order has been paid and processed, you will receive an email with login information to your member's area where all photos you buy are stored.

For how long my purchased photos are stored on KeepSnap servers?

Photos that you've purchased are stored on KeepSnap servers forever. You can download them whenever you want in your member's area.

Do the purchased photos have watermarks on them?

No, they don't. All photos you buy are kept on our servers in the quality you ordered them without any watermarks.

In what format and size are the photos available for purchase?

All photos are available for download in .jpg. When it comes to the size and quality of the photo, it all depends directly on your photographer and the way he works.

How much does it cost?

Photographers themselves set the price for their photos varying from $0.99 to $19.99. It'd be a great idea to ask your photographer about the price of the photos since they can create a private gallery for your photo shoot and set an individual price especially for you.

Are there any considerations according to how and where I can use my photos?

You must not resell these photos, claim that they were taken by you, or use them for commercial purposes. Please read more about the photo usage considerations over here.

Where can I download the invoice on my purchase?

You can do it in your member's area in My -> Invoices page.

Can I get a refund on photos I've purchased?

You won't be able to get a refund since you reviewed your photo before making the purchase and it was your justified decision.

In case the photo you downloaded is corrupted, please let us know by getting in touch with us at support@keepsnap.com within 7 days after the purchase was made. You will be eligible for a refund only in case the file you downloaded is corrupted.

I lost my login information. How can I regain access to my KeepSnap account?

You will be able to use your working email address to restore your password and regain access to your KeepSnap account.
